Every session is more than just the time we spend together, it's a living, breathing ceremonial container that begins the moment you commit and continues long after you leave the Temple. Preparation and integration are essential parts of this sacred journey, helping you to attune more deeply to the medicine and receive the fullest expression of what's available.
Approach this page with intentionality, reverence and care. The more presence you bring to both the before and after, the more expansive and transformative your experience will be.
Ceremonial Containers
From the moment you commit to this work, whether that's submitting your booking form, placing your deposit, or simply saying yes to the session, a ceremonial container is opened. This isn't just about the time we'll spend together in person. It's a sacred unfolding that begins the moment you decide to step toward healing, reclamation and embodiment.
Once the container is activated, you may notice emotions arise, shadows surface, unexpected resistance appears, or old coping patterns rear their head. This is normal. These sensations aren't here to derail you, they're a part of the preparation. Your soul knows that transformation is on it's way, and anything not in resonance with where you're going may rise to be witnessed, felt and alchemized. Love it all.
Here's how to tend to yourself in this window between saying yes and the session itself: -Breathe. Slow down. Let whatever arises be welcomed with compassion and non-judgement. -Journal or voice-note your experience to create space and self-reflection. Be with it. Give it a voice. -Spend time in nature or stillness to stay grounded. -Reach out if something feels overwhelming, I'm happy to share resources or guidance to support your integration.
We are set to meet, now what?
Here are a few things to know and honor before our time together:
Arrival time: Please arrive at our scheduled time - no earlier - as I'll be in ceremony preparing the space for you. If you're running late (within 15 minutes) it won't impact the session timing, just please let me know as soon as possible.
Scents & Hygiene: I'm highly sensitive to artificial fragrances, so please refrain from wearing cologne, perfume, heavily scented lotions, deodorants or body washes.
Donation Etiquette: Offerings are accepted in cash only, placed discreetly in an open card or envelope, unless an alternative arrangement has been discussed ahead of time.
Substances & Sobriety: Please refrain from recreational drug or alcohol use the night before and after your session. Do not arrive under the influence of any mind-altering substances, including cannabis (unless needed for medicinal purposes). Presence is imperative in this work. If I sense otherwise, I'll kindly ask you to reschedule while still honoring your donation.
Hydration & Nourishment: Stay hydrated and lightly nourished beforehand. I recommend limiting caffeine intake a few hours prior so your body, mind and nervous system can settle fully and avoid restroom interruptions mid-ceremony.
What if I'm running late or need to cancel?
Life can be unpredictable, I understand. And I also hold the value of time, energy, and preparation with intentionality, for both of us. Because I work with only a small number of clients each week and pour immense energetic preparation into each session, the following cancellation policy applies:
-Cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled session will require 50% of the full donation, deposit included. -Cancellations within 24 hours, regardless of reasoning, will require 100% of the full donation.
This work is my full-time livelihood and supports my ability to continue offering these sacred experiences. The more advanced notice I receive, the more likely I can open that space to someone else who is equally ready to receive. If this cancellation policy is not honored, I will be unable to schedule future sessions. By placing a deposit and confirming your booking, you agree to these terms with mutual respect and understanding.
That said, I know that life happens - and I do hold room for compassionate rescheduling in the case of genuine emergencies. Please reach out as soon as possible so we can find a path forward that honors us both.
Aftercare & Integration
The days following a session are an essential part of the journey - this is where integration begins. You may feel open, blissful, raw, activated, tender, tired, spacious or all of the above. This is sacred, alchemical ground and you are the alchemist.
You've just moved energy that may have been stagnant or dormant for years - perhaps even decades. Give your body, mind, and spirit space to adjust. I recommend avoiding logical, left-brain tasks after your session and instead allowing yourself to drift in the blissful afterglow or process what came up for you during. Nature walks, salt baths, stillness, journaling, and conscious rest are beautiful ways to support integration.
It's completely normal to feel tired or even emotionally raw in the days that follow. This doesn't mean anything went wrong - it means your system is recalibrating. Stay hydrated, nourish yourself with whole, grounding foods, avoid overstimulation (social media, news, etc.) and prioritize being over doing. Rest is not only allowed - it's medicine.
Emotions may arise in the days or weeks after - grief, joy, longing, anger, ecstasy. These are not setbacks; they are invitations. Whatever surfaces is ready to be seen, felt, honored, and lovingly released. As these layers move, space opens for more pleasure, creativity, clarity and love.
Every body is different. If you find yourself needing support during this process, I have a range of tools; emotional release techniques, breathwork, and resourcing practices I'd be honored to share. Just reach out.
Let your integration be intentional. Let it be gentle. Let it be yours.
