What is Tantra?

Because it’s roots run so deep, there are many different interpretations and opinions of Tantra. A Sanskrit word meaning “loom” or “weaving”, some would say it is an ongoing spiritual practice of unifying and balancing the masculine (consciousness) and feminine (energy) within us all. I don’t claim to be a Tantra expert, but in my own experience, Tantra is a path of enlightenment through intentional connection, touch and loving awareness of every aspect of the human experience.

What is a Tantric
Massage?
Tantric massage is a sacred ritual, intended to awaken your creative life force energy (Eros) and move it throughout the body. Releasing and transmuting stored tension, trauma and blocked energy in the body, especially the lower energy centers. Resulting in a deeper sense of purpose and connection to yourSelf. It can bring about expanded states of consciousness and bliss as your Eros vibrates throughout your body, releasing deep seated emotions and densities, making room for more of what you desire the most. A tantric massage is also a beautiful way to create new neural pathways of what loving touch and sensuality as a sacred ritual can look and feel like, with consent and clear boundaries from all parties.

What is Kundalini
Reiki?
Reiki is universal life force energy. Kundalini, meaning “coil” in Sanskrit, is a subtle feminine energy located at the base of the spine in all bodies, typically shutdown early in childhood by trauma. When activated again, it travels up the spine through the seven major chakras, clearing imbalances, activating dormant DNA, hidden talents, forgotten memories, and our true potential. It can be activated in a myriad of ways including intentional Tantric massage, sacred spot massage, breathwork, yoga, dance, meditation, sacred sex and kundalini reiki.
Kundalini Reiki is a powerful, yet very gentle healing earth energy channeled through me, that assists in softly awakening every part of your being, allowing true healing and enlightenment to unfold in the most beautiful of ways.

How do I schedule a
session with you?
If we have never had the pleasure of meeting, please fill out my booking form or send over the information asked for via email to start the screening process.
What is screening?
Comfortability and privacy are essential to both of us and is not taken lightly. I rely heavily on my intuition during the screening process as I am committed to only working with individuals who have pure intentions and are invested in their healing and personal &/or spiritual growth. I view being selective not as discriminatory or dismissive, but rather a way of honoring ones self. When working in such an intimate setting, it’s important that both parties are in full alignment to work together in order to fully surrender & receive the most from the experience. I recognize there’s a level of vulnerability in sharing your information with me, and I accept & honor the responsibility that comes with keeping this information safe and confidential. Your information will never be released to anyone and will be treated with the utmost care, security and discretion. Please see my booking page for all of the information I prefer to receive.

Monday-Friday:
4-7 PM
Weekends:
noon - 7 PM

I’m happy to discuss my current availability as soon as the screening process has been completed and have established we are aligned to work together. To reserve the date and time that works best for you, I recommend to schedule at least 3-4 weeks in advance since I am in a shared space with other practitioners and my schedule fills quickly. If your availability is more open, scheduling 1-2 weeks in advance is possible but not guaranteed.
Where are you
located? Parking?
Seattle, Washington is home base. I do not travel or service in private residences or hotels. I host from a private, shared Temple space with other practitioners in the sacred arts, located in Lake City, Seattle.
There is typically free street parking around the center, please allow yourself time to find parking and be very aware of tow signs as they are strict in this area. If we are meeting on a weekend, feel free to park in the reserved parking lot.

We are set to meet, now what?
- Please arrive at our scheduled time, not any sooner as I will be setting sacred space before you arrive. If you’re running less than 15 min behind it won’t impact the session, just please let me know! Mutual respect, hygiene and punctuality are very much appreciated.
- Please refrain from wearing any heavily scented products, such as body washes, deodorants and cologne/perfume, as I am very sensitive to artificial fragrances.
- The donation is cash only unless agreed upon prior, and should be placed in an open gift card or envelope.
- I recommend to not partake in any recreational drugs or alcohol the night prior to and following your session. Please do not arrive to your session under the influence of any mind altering substance, including cannabis (unless needed for medicinal purposes). It’s important to be clear of mind going into the session, if you are clearly under the influence I will ask you to leave the donation and reschedule for another day.
- I recommend to avoid drinking a lot of caffeine a couple hours prior to the session to avoid needing to use the restroom, but please be well hydrated and nourished.
What if I need to
cancel?
Life happens, I get it. Your time is just as valuable as mine so please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Due to the fact that I only see a few clients per week, I will require a cancellation fee if you cancel within 72 hours of our scheduled session. If you need to cancel within 72 hours, I will request 50% of the donation, deposit included. If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, regardless of reasoning, I will ask for the entire donation. This is my full time livelihood which I rely on to sustain my living expenses. The more advanced notice I have, the better the chance to schedule another just as deserving being in its place. If my cancellation policy is not honored, I will be unable to schedule a future session. By scheduling and placing a deposit, you agree to this cancellation notice.
What should I do/expect following a session?
The days following a session are a very important part of integration. I recommend to not schedule any logical, left-brain activities directly afterwards in order to enjoy and integrate the blissful state you’ll be in post session. It is not uncommon to feel tired or drained in the days following due to the physical body needing to “catch up” to the energetic healing that took place. You just moved energy in your body that may have been dormant for decades. This is a time to take really good care of your physical and energetic body to allow this energy to integrate. Immerse yourself in nature, take a salt bath, process with a therapist or trusted friend, journal and/or give yourself a day to rest and just BE. Remember to hydrate, nourish your body with local, organic foods and rest when you feel tired. I also recommend avoiding the news & social media to stay rooted in your own energy. It can look a myriad of ways, as long as you’re taking care of your mind, body and spirit with lots of self love, then you’re doing it right.
Emotions coming to the surface sometimes happens in the following weeks. Remember that these emotions that were once creating blockages in the body are now ready to be seen, felt and released. Thus making more space for pleasure, joy, creativity and clarity in your life. Be with the emotion when it arises, fully feeling it, allowing it to move through your being to transmute & let it go. Be mindful that each experience is unique to the individual and some may need more support than others. I have a myriad of tools (emotional release, etc.) and resources in my energetic toolkit that I’d love to share, if needed. Please do not hesitate to ask!

How do I schedule my next session?
If I invited you to see me again after our initial session, you can either send me a text at (775) 560-0444 or reply back to our last email thread with the date and times that work for you as well as your intention and I’d be happy to set up another session!
Deposits
In order to show your sincerity and commitment, a one time deposit of half the donation or greater is required for all first time clients. This is non-negotiable. The deposit can be sent via Venmo or CashApp and is deducted from the total donation. If the session needs to be rescheduled for whatever reason, the deposit will be honored for up to three months.
Why are there two different donation rates?
The reason for the different rates has everything to do with the difference in molecular structure of the female and male bodies. A female body (womb carrier, even if the womb is no longer physically intact) takes longer to physically open than a male body which is why the donation rate is less, to make up for the extra time it takes to allow the body to slowly open. This is why the minimum length of session time for female bodies is 2.5 hours as opposed to 2 hours for male bodies.
